libtie-cphash-perl software package provides module for managing a case preserving but case insensitive hash table, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtie-cphash-perl
libtie-cphash-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtie-cphash-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtie-cphash-perl *
You will get with libtie-cphash-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
